1How do I become a new patient?

2Do you take my insurance?
No, we are insurance free. Many needed services are not covered at all, or with such little reimbursement that it is impossible to provide the level of care we want to provide. So we have simply chosen to sidestep the system, in order to offer what we feel is truly necessary to achieve optimal health.
3Is this insurance?
No. This is an agreement between you the patient and us the provider for a specific package of care which will be concluded when you complete the program.
4Do I still need my own insurance?
We strongly advise that all our patients still carry traditional medical insurance, especially with catastrophic coverage, for unforeseen as well as routine and preventative care that is covered.
5Why are your programs "all inclusive"?
We have found that when patients have to pay for services and products “al a carte” they often feel it necessary to skimp or cut out important parts of their evaluation, treatment and recovery. We want you to have amazing results, and get all the personal answers you need for your case, so we have decided to just include everything we think is going to be necessary. We want to take the concern about “how much is this going to cost?” off the table at the very beginning, and then just get on with the business of creating abundant health!
6Can I quit if I don't like it?
Of course. But we highly encourage you to attend one of our free dinner lectures, do your research, and make a thoughtful and informed decision before you commit. You will also be missing out on the amazing results that are possible and that so many others have already achieved.
7What if I am not happy with my results, or are not better at the end of my program?
We can’t guarantee your results because we can’t guarantee your efforts. But if you put in 100% of the work, you will be amazed at the results. Because each person and each case is unique and sometimes complex, it may take longer than we would like to uncover the root cause of problems. In that case we will keep working as long as it takes and you are willing.
8Do you offer family discounts?

9Why do I still need a primary care doctor?
We don’t cover primary care services such as wellness exams, preventative visits, or urgent care visits because those are for the most part very well covered by insurance. We would also have to significantly increase our overhead and thus your costs to provide 24/7 coverage, which is readily available through other means such as your primary care, urgent care, walk in, and the ER.
10My doctor is not supportive, what can I do?
Not all traditional providers are familiar with functional medicine, and thus may be a little skeptical. We will do our absolute best to communicate and work with them, to help you get the very best care and support possible from all sides. I am always happy to contact providers on your behalf if requested, to make sure we are all on the same page.
11 What if I have an emergency?
Please, as I was taught in the military, if it is a threat to life, limb or eyesight, immediately go to the emergency room or call 911. Otherwise, go to the nearest walk in or urgent care or see your primary provider. 12What happens at the end of my program?
Even though we work with most clients for a defined period of time (based on your needs), we offer many ongoing opportunities for support and growth. We will make sure you are never alone!
