Meet Michele Osweiler
A proud Montana native, I grew up on the hi-line and made Great Falls my home after graduating from MSU – Northern with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. Throughout my 25 year career in the business field, I also loved learning about health and wellness. But I took my health for granted, as most young people do.
That changed for me when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at age 31, two months after my oldest son was born. Traditional medical care and prescriptions helped to suppress my symptoms temporarily, but my questions about the root cause of my illness and what I could do to help my body to heal went unanswered. Functional Medicine provided the answers I wanted and a plan to reverse the symptoms of my illness by addressing the biological and lifestyle factors that triggered my disease.
Today I am blessed to combine my passion for health and wellness with my business experience. I will be certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach by January 2019. I love to connect to and encourage others in their own unique journey to living a healthy and balanced life.
I am blessed to share my life with my husband Mike, our sons Mason and Bryce, and our dog Sadie. I nourish my body and soul through walking, taking in the beautiful scenery of our great state, meditation, reading and connecting with family and friends.
