Chronic inflammation and stress-related disorders are at the root of many health conditions. It is important to understand what is causing your chronic inflammation – instead of just treating the symptoms of the inflammation with anti-inflammatories or pain medications.
Inflammation has been found to be the root cause of many chronic health conditions. Many things in our everyday life result in chronic inflammation: emotional stress, genetics, a diet high in sugar or processed foods, poor digestive health, exposure to toxins.
Almost all diseases result from some form of chronic inflammation. Some major examples include: arthritis, ADHD, PCOS, heart disease, lupus, and autism.
